Do you know the hidden ornaments of photography?

Most of photos compassing us are no photos but printed reproductions or digital graphics on the screen – ornaments of rasters. Even taking pictures by itself starts with the circles of confusion’s ornaments.

The two-part work “Loop-the-Loop” is concerned with questions about the ornament related to photography at different levels.
The primary material of “B Loop-the-Loop” are stereotyped island motifs: desires are projected on a distant and locked reality and its redeemability is tied down to it – quiet points in its circumcircle, the ornament seems to come to its end.

However, do the numberless islands which are present in different media not form ornaments by themselves – ornaments which are not clear because of their spatial distance to each other?
