Licht stellt die conditio sine qua non der Fotografie in den Grenzen ihrer Sensibilisierung dar.
Die Beleuchtung ist die materielle Form des immateriellen Lichts mit historischem Bezug.
Für gewöhnlich fällt im fotografischen Akt die physikalische Bilderfassung mit der psychologischen Bilderschaffung zusammen.
Die Arbeiten der Werkgruppe „Illuminating“ lösen diesen Akt multiperspektisch zugunsten eines fotografischen Prozesses auf, der das entwertete Ereignis von der bewertenden Entscheidung trennt.
Im Format der multiperspektivischen Bilder ist nicht die Realität und doch eine Formation der formatierten Wirklichkeit, die aus Entscheidungen nach der reinen Bilderfassung resultiert, indem Abzüge gleichen Formates miteinander komponiert wurden.

Usually in the photographic act, capturing a physical image coincides with the psychological creation of an image.
The group of works “Illuminating” dissolves this act multi-perspectively in favour of a photographic process which separates the devaluated event from the evaluated decision.
It is not the reality within the format of the multi-perspective images but a formation of the formatted actuality resulting from decisions were made after the pure capturing by composing photoprints of same size.
